Creamy Cauliflower and Carrot Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 250 g Carrots
- 1 l Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop the carrots into pieces. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
Step 2
In a pot, melt the butter and add the vegetables. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 12 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Blend the vegetables with the broth until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
