Cauliflower and Beet Soup with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 250 g Beet
- 800 ml Water
- 50 g Walnuts
- 20 g Butter
- à to taste Salt
- à to taste Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the cauliflower and beet into small florets and pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Cover with water and simmer for 20 minutes until completely tender.
Step 4
Blend everything smoothly until you reach a creamy consistency.
Step 5
Season to taste and serve with crushed walnuts on top.
