- 500 g Cauliflower
- 300 g Beets
- 80 g Walnuts
- 1 L Water
- 30 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the beets and cauliflower into even cubes.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Pour in the water and bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
