Creamy Cauliflower and Beet Soup with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 250 g Beet
- 800 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 50 g Walnuts
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower and beets into chunks.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the water and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Cook for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Blend until smooth.
Step 6
Season to taste and serve topped with crushed walnuts.
