Creamy Cauliflower and Beet Soup with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 200 g Beet
- 800 ml Water
- 50 g Walnuts
- 30 g Butter
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the cauliflower and beet into regular pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Pour in the water, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve with crushed walnuts on top.
