Creamy Cauliflower and Beet Soup with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 300 g Beet
- 50 g Walnuts
- 750 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the beet and cauliflower into even pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the water and bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Blend until smooth.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, then serve topped with crushed walnuts.
