Cauliflower and Beet Soup with Walnuts
A rich and flavorful autumn soup combining the sweetness of beets with the delicate flavor of cauliflower, topped with crushed walnuts. Perfect for a light and nutritious meal.

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 300 g Beet
- 800 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 50 g Walnuts
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the cauliflower and beet into uniform pieces.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a pot and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Cover with water and bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Blend until smooth.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, garnish with crushed walnuts.
