Cauliflower and Beet Bisque with Walnuts

- 400 g Cauliflower
- 200 g Beet
- 800 ml Water
- 80 g Walnuts
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 30 g Butter
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Clean and cut the cauliflower and beets into small pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the water and bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Blend everything until smooth.
Step 6
Add the mustard, salt, and pepper.
Step 7
Serve topped with crushed walnuts.
