Creamy Cauliflower and Beet Soup
A silky and vibrant soup that combines the sweetness of beets with the delicate flavor of cauliflower. Finished with a hint of mustard for extra character.

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 300 g Beet
- 1 l Water
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- à goût Salt
- à goût Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the cauliflower and beet into equal pieces.
Step 2
Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add the vegetables and cook for 20 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Blend everything until smooth.
Step 5
Stir in the mustard and oil, season to taste, and serve hot.
