Baked Eggs with Broccoli and Emmental
Eggs baked in individual dishes with tender broccoli and melted Emmental, finished under the broiler. A comforting, protein-rich dish ready in a flash.

Ingredients
- 4 piece eggs
- 200 g broccoli
- 60 g grated Emmental
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 piece onion
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and blanch for 3 minutes in boiling water. Drain. Thinly slice the onion.
Step 2
Divide the broccoli and sliced onion between two individual gratin dishes. Add one tablespoon of crème fraîche to each dish.
Step 3
Crack two eggs into each dish, sprinkle with Emmental and nutmeg.
Step 4
Broil in a 200°C oven for 12-15 minutes until the eggs are set and the cheese is golden.
