Baked Eggs with Spinach and Feta
Eggs baked in the oven in a creamy bed of spinach, topped with crumbled feta and paprika. A comforting Greek dish, ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 piece eggs
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 80 g feta
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Divide the spinach between two oiled ramekins, add halved cherry tomatoes.
Step 2
Crack two eggs into each ramekin over the spinach. Crumble the feta on top and sprinkle with paprika.
Step 3
Bake for 15 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks still runny.
