Scrambled Eggs with Peppers and Feta
Creamy scrambled eggs stir-fried in a wok with colorful peppers and crumbled feta. An express Turkish-style ménémen, flavorful and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 5 pieces Eggs
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Green bell pepper
- 80 g Feta
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the peppers into thin strips. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with the smoked paprika.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the peppers for 4 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Lower the heat to medium, pour in the beaten eggs and gently stir for 3 minutes to achieve creamy scrambled eggs.
Step 4
Crumble the feta on top, gently mix and serve immediately.
