Scrambled Eggs with Ham and Roasted Cauliflower
Fluffy scrambled eggs mixed with ham and Parmesan, served with roasted cauliflower. Hearty and protein-packed.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 300 g Cauliflower
- 50 g Grated Parmesan
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 20 g Butter
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the cauliflower into florets, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Roast the cauliflower for 20 minutes until golden.
Step 3
Meanwhile, dice the ham. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat lightly with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the eggs and scramble slowly. Add the ham and Parmesan at the last moment.
Step 5
Serve the scrambled eggs with the hot roasted cauliflower.
