Pan-Fried Egg with Olives

Ingredients
- 2 piece Eggs
- 50 g Black olives
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
Step 4
When the omelet starts to set, add the chopped olives in the center.
Step 5
Fold the omelet in half and slide onto a plate.
