Roasted Trout with Broccoli and Mustard

Ingredients
- 2 pieces trout fillet
- 300 g broccoli
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 pieces shallot
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the shallots.
Step 2
Place the broccoli and shallots on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Coat the trout fillets with mustard and place them on the vegetables.
Step 3
Bake for 18 minutes until the fish is golden and the broccoli is tender.
