Grilled Trout with Green Beans and Almonds
Whole grilled trout served with crispy green beans and toasted sliced almonds. Simple and delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 piece whole trout
- 250 g green beans
- 30 g sliced almonds
- 20 g butter
- 1 piece lemon
- 4 sprig fresh thyme
Instructions
Step 1
Trim the green beans and blanch for 4 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain.
Step 2
Stuff the trout with lemon slices and thyme, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Grill the trout 6-7 minutes per side over medium heat.
Step 4
Sauté the green beans in butter with sliced almonds for 2 minutes. Serve with the trout.
