Glazed Pork Ribs with Broccoli and Peppers
Oven-glazed pork ribs with a lightly sweet Asian sauce, served with roasted broccoli and peppers. Inspired by South Korean cuisine.

Ingredients
- 400 g pork ribs, cut
- 200 g broccoli
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil for the marinade.
Step 2
Brush pork ribs with marinade. Cut broccoli into florets and slice pepper into strips.
Step 3
Place pork in the center of the baking sheet and arrange vegetables around it. Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Turn pork over, brush with marinade again, and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
