Tom Yum with Salmon and Mushrooms
A spicy and tangy Thai soup with fresh salmon, mushrooms, and lemongrass—a comforting classic without noodles.

Ingredients
- 300 g Salmon fillet
- 200 g Button mushrooms
- 2 stalks Lemongrass
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Red curry paste
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the salmon into cubes. Slice the mushrooms and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Step 2
Bring 600 ml of water to a boil with the crushed lemongrass and red curry paste.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms and tomatoes, let simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the salmon and cook over low heat for 4 minutes. Remove the lemongrass, add the lime juice, and serve.
