Grilled Teriyaki Tofu with Broccoli and Edamame
Firm tofu marinated in homemade teriyaki sauce, grilled until charred, and served with steamed broccoli and edamame. A modern take on a Japanese classic.

Ingredients
- 300 g firm tofu
- 200 g broccoli
- 100 g shelled edamame
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tofu into thick slices and mix together the soy sauce, mirin, and grated ginger. Marinate the tofu for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Steam the broccoli and edamame for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Grill the marinated tofu on a hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until nicely charred.
Step 4
Arrange the tofu over the vegetables, drizzle with remaining marinade, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
