Korean Grilled Tofu with Gochujang and Bok Choy
Firm tofu glazed with gochujang and grilled over high heat, served alongside crispy ginger bok choy. A spicy and flavorful dish with Korean flair.

Ingredients
- 300 g firm tofu
- 3 pieces bok choy
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 2 stems green onion
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tofu into thick slices. Mix the gochujang and soy sauce, brush onto the tofu.
Step 2
Cut the bok choy in half lengthwise. Grate the ginger.
Step 3
Grill the tofu for 4 minutes on each side and the bok choy for 2-3 minutes cut side down.
Step 4
Plate the tofu, sprinkle with grated ginger and sliced green onion, and serve.
