Grilled Tofu with Cajun Spices and Tricolor Peppers
Firm tofu seasoned with smoky cajun spices and grilled to perfection alongside colorful bell peppers and zucchini. A spicy, protein-packed dish with Creole inspiration.

Ingredients
- 300 g Firm tofu
- 2 piece Tricolor bell peppers
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Cajun spices
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
Instructions
Step 1
Cut tofu into thick 1.5 cm slices, cut peppers into quarters, and slice zucchini into rounds.
Step 2
Combine olive oil and cajun spices, brush onto tofu and vegetables.
Step 3
Grill tofu and vegetables on a hot grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Plate, drizzle with lime juice, and serve.
