Grilled Tofu with Za'atar and Cucumber Salad
Crispy tofu seasoned with za'atar, grilled and served over a fresh Lebanese-style cucumber and tomato salad. Light and aromatic.

Ingredients
- 300 g firm tofu
- 1 piece cucumber
- 2 pieces tomatoes
- 2 tsp za'atar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tofu into thick slices, sprinkle with za'atar and drizzle with 1 tbsp of oil.
Step 2
Cut the cucumber into cubes and the tomatoes into wedges. Season with lemon juice and remaining oil.
Step 3
Grill the tofu for 4-5 minutes on each side on a hot grill.
Step 4
Place the grilled tofu on the cucumber-tomato salad and serve.
