Pan-Seared Tuna and Toasted Bread

Ingredients
- 300 g Canned tuna
- 4 slices Sandwich bread
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Toast the bread in a pan with a drizzle of oil until golden. Set aside.
Step 2
Drain the tuna and pour it into the pan with a drizzle of oil.
Step 3
Cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Serve the hot tuna with the toasted bread.
