Pan-Seared Tuna Mediterranean Style
A light and flavorful Mediterranean dish: pan-seared tuna served with a tomato-olive sauce and fresh herbs for a satisfying evening meal in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g fresh tuna
- 250 g tomatoes
- 60 g olives
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 half onion
- 1 juice lemon
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the tomatoes and mince the garlic and onion.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the tuna for 2-3 minutes on each side. Set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes, olives, oregano, and lemon juice. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the tuna into portions and return to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Season and serve.
