Tuna Curry with Rice
A simple and flavorful Asian curry with tuna, enhanced with coconut milk and spices. Served with white rice.

Ingredients
- 300 g Canned tuna
- 150 g White rice
- 400 ml Water
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 1.5 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in salted water for 15 minutes until tender. Set aside.
Step 2
Toast the curry powder in oil in a skillet for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the drained tuna and coconut milk. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Serve the curry over the rice.
