Tuna with Tomatoes and Fresh Pasta
A simple yet delicious Mediterranean dish made with canned tuna, fresh tomatoes, and pasta. Ready in 25 minutes for a flavorful dinner.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 200 g Canned tuna
- 3 piece Tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 handful Fresh parsley
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook penne for 10-12 minutes until al dente
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and mince the garlic finely
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic for 1 minute
Step 4
Add diced tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened
Step 5
Drain tuna and add to the pan with tomatoes, gently stir to combine
Step 6
Drain pasta and add to the pan, toss well to combine
Step 7
Stir in fresh parsley, season with salt and pepper, then serve hot
