Glazed Tempeh with Tricolor Peppers

Ingredients
- 250 g Tempeh
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Yellow bell pepper
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the tempeh into 1 cm thick slices and cut the peppers into strips.
Step 2
Mix the soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Coat the tempeh with this sauce.
Step 3
Arrange the tempeh and peppers on a baking sheet. Bake for 22 minutes, turning halfway through.
Step 4
Serve the glazed tempeh over the roasted peppers.
