Cajun-Spiced Grilled Tempeh with Coleslaw
Slices of tempeh marinated in cajun spices, grilled and served on a bed of crispy coleslaw. A vibrant and spicy dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g Tempeh
- 200 g White cabbage
- 1 piece Carrot
- 2 tsp Cajun spices
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tempeh into 1 cm slices. Mix with olive oil and cajun spices.
Step 2
Thinly slice the cabbage and grate the carrot. Dress with apple cider vinegar and a drizzle of oil.
Step 3
Grill the tempeh on a hot grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Arrange the grilled tempeh on the coleslaw and serve.
