Grilled Miso Tempeh with Roasted Broccoli
Slices of tempeh glazed with white miso and grilled until crispy, served with caramelized broccoli and shiitake mushrooms. A deeply savory Japanese-inspired umami experience.

Ingredients
- 250 g tempeh
- 200 g broccoli
- 100 g shiitake mushrooms
- 2 tbsp white miso
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tempeh into 1 cm slices, break broccoli into florets, and halve the shiitakes.
Step 2
Mix the miso with sesame oil and a little warm water, then brush onto the tempeh.
Step 3
Grill the tempeh for 4 minutes on each side. Grill the broccoli and shiitakes for 5-6 minutes.
Step 4
Plate everything and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
