Crab and Crispy Radish Temaki
Nori cones filled with fresh crab meat, crispy radish and shredded carrot, with a touch of wasabi. Japanese temaki at its simplest.

Ingredients
- 250 g Crab meat
- 6 leaf Nori sheets
- 6 piece Radishes
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 tsp Wasabi
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Finely shred the carrot and slice the radishes into very thin rounds.
Step 2
Mix the crab meat with a dab of wasabi.
Step 3
Divide the crab mixture, carrot and radishes among each nori sheet. Roll into a cone and serve with soy sauce.
