Baked Fish and Cheese Open-Faced Sandwiches
Slices of white bread topped with fish and melted Gruyère cheese. Perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 slice White bread
- 200 g White fish
- 60 g Grated Gruyère
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Flake the fish lightly and top the bread with it.
Step 4
Cover generously with grated Gruyère and season.
Step 5
Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is golden.
Step 6
Serve hot.
