Gruyère and Vegetable Croque Monsieur Toast

Ingredients
- 4 slices White bread
- 200 g Broccoli
- 150 g Carrot
- 150 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Steam the broccoli and carrots or boil them for 8 minutes, then drain.
Step 2
Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and spread lightly with butter.
Step 3
Distribute the cooked vegetables on each slice.
Step 4
Cover generously with grated Gruyère and season to taste.
Step 5
Bake at 200°C for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is golden.
