Gratinéed Sandwich Bread with Broccoli and Gruyère

Ingredients
- 4 slice Sandwich bread
- 200 g Broccoli
- 80 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the broccoli for 6 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and chop into small pieces.
Step 2
Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet. Lightly butter them.
Step 3
Distribute the broccoli over the bread and sprinkle with grated Gruyère.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 8 minutes at 200°C or 3-4 minutes in the microwave until the cheese melts.
