Pan-Toasted Mackerel Tartines

Ingredients
- 4 slice Sandwich bread
- 1 can (110g) Canned mackerel
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Drain the mackerel and flake it into a bowl with 1 tbsp of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Brush the bread slices with the remaining olive oil.
Step 3
Pan-toast the tartines in a skillet 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
Step 4
Top the warm tartines with the mackerel mixture and serve immediately.
