- 1 can Mackerel in can
- 4 slices Sliced bread
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

Step 1
Grate the carrot finely.

Drain the mackerel and break it up in a bowl.
Step 3
Mix the mackerel with the shredded carrot and olive oil.

Lightly toast the bread.
