Grilled Fish and Gruyère Open-Faced Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 slice Sandwich bread
- 100 g Fish
- 50 g Grated Gruyère
- 10 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Lightly butter the bread slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Flake the fish over the bread, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Top with grated Gruyère.
Step 5
Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
