Ingredients
- 200 g Mackerel
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 piece Tomato
- 4 slices Sandwich bread
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 piece Lemon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and mash the flesh with a fork with a little salt and lemon juice.
Step 2
Slice the tomato thinly and break the mackerel into large chunks.
Step 3
Lightly toast the bread to make it crispy.
Step 4
Spread a little avocado puree on each slice of bread, then add mackerel pieces and tomato slices.
Step 5
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
