Grilled Broccoli and Carrot Tartine with Gruyère

Ingredients
- 2 slices Sandwich bread
- 150 g Broccoli
- 100 g Carrot
- 80 g Gruyère
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Finely chop the broccoli and grate the carrot.
Step 3
Lightly butter the bread slices.
Step 4
Spread the chopped vegetables on each slice, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Grate Gruyère on top and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
