Japanese-Style Red Tuna Tartare
Ultra-fresh red tuna tartare seasoned with soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil, served on a bed of crisp cucumber and garnished with chives. A refined and elegant take on a Japanese classic.

Ingredients
- 300 g Fresh red tuna (sushi-grade)
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 1 bunch Fresh chives
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the red tuna into small regular dice about 1 cm. Set aside to chill.
Step 2
Peel and finely grate the ginger. Mince the chives. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
Step 3
Mix the tuna with the soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Arrange on the cucumber slices and sprinkle with chives.
