Tempeh Tartare with Thai Herbs and Peanuts
Crumbled tempeh marinated in Thai flavors — lemongrass, cilantro, and lime — topped with crunchy peanuts and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients
- 200 g tempeh
- 1 piece cucumber
- 1 piece carrot
- 30 g unsalted peanuts
- 15 g fresh cilantro
- 1 piece lime
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Crumble the tempeh very finely with a fork or knife to achieve a tartare-like texture.
Step 2
Grate the carrot and cut the cucumber into small dice. Mince the cilantro.
Step 3
Mix the tempeh with soy sauce, lime juice, carrot, and cucumber. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Plate the tartare in rings, sprinkle with crushed peanuts and fresh cilantro.
