Spiced Thai-Style Salmon Tartare
A vibrant salmon tartare with Thai flavors, seasoned with fish sauce, lime juice, chili, and fresh mint, garnished with cucumber and scallions. A taste of Southeast Asia.

Ingredients
- 300 g Fresh salmon fillet
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 3 piece Scallions
- 1 bunch Fresh mint
- 2 piece Lime
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce (nuoc-mâm)
- 1 small Red chili
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the salmon into small, even dice. Mince the scallions and chili. Chop the mint.
Step 2
Squeeze the limes. Mix the salmon with the lime juice, fish sauce, chili, scallions, and mint.
Step 3
Cut the cucumber into sticks or slices. Plate the tartare and serve with cucumber as garnish.
