Kiwi and Walnut Tartare with Oat Granola with Clementines
An original and indulgent creation combining the tartness of kiwi with the crunch of walnuts and sweet clementine granola. A refined dessert or breakfast that is both healthy and decadent.

Ingredients
- 6 unit Kiwis
- 4 unit Clementines
- 80 g Walnuts
- 150 g Oat flakes
- 40 g Butter
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
Step 1
Toast the oat flakes in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Melt the butter with honey and pour over the toasted oats, add vanilla and salt.
Step 3
Return to the oven for 5 minutes to infuse, then let cool.
Step 4
Roughly chop the walnuts and mix them into the granola.
Step 5
Peel the kiwis and cut them into small cubes, zest the clementines.
Step 6
Arrange the kiwi tartare on plates, garnish with granola and clementine zest.
