Shrimp and Avocado Tartare with Wasabi
Raw shrimp finely chopped and mixed with creamy avocado, enlivened with a hint of wasabi and soy sauce. A bold and well-balanced nippo-Mexican fusion tartare.

Ingredients
- 350 g raw peeled shrimp
- 1 piece ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 1 piece cucumber
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the raw shrimp with a knife. Cut the avocado and cucumber into small regular dice.
Step 2
Gently combine the shrimp, avocado, and cucumber. Add the soy sauce and wasabi, and mix well.
Step 3
Plate the tartare using ring molds in the center of each plate. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve immediately.
