Zucchini Tartare with Fresh Goat Cheese and Walnuts
Raw zucchini cut into fine brunoise, mixed with creamy fresh goat cheese, crunchy walnuts, and basil. A simple and refined French recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 piece zucchini
- 120 g fresh goat cheese
- 35 g walnut pieces
- 80 g cherry tomatoes
- 10 g fresh basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into very fine brunoise (3mm cubes). Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Step 2
Mix the zucchini brunoise with olive oil, salt and pepper. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Arrange the tartare in rings, crumble the fresh goat cheese over top, add the tomatoes, crushed walnuts, and chiffonade basil.
