Ingredients
- 300 g Beef tenderloin
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 piece Jalapeño
- 10 g Fresh cilantro
- 1 piece Lime
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Finely mince the beef tenderloin with a knife into small, uniform cubes.
Step 2
Cut the avocado into small cubes. Finely mince the seeded jalapeño. Chop the cilantro.
Step 3
Gently combine the beef, avocado, jalapeño, lime juice, and olive oil. Season to taste, plate, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
