Avocado Tartare with Soft-Boiled Egg and Sesame

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Ripe avocados
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 piece Fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Plunge the eggs into boiling water for 6 minutes to get soft-boiled eggs. Immediately cool in ice water.
Step 2
Cut the avocados and cucumber into small dice. Grate the ginger. Mix with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Step 3
Plate the tartare in rings. Peel the soft-boiled eggs and place them in the center. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
