Avocado and Edamame Tartare with Wasabi
A creamy avocado tartare mixed with mashed edamame, brightened with a touch of wasabi and lime. A fresh and original Japanese appetizer packed with plant-based protein.

Ingredients
- 2 piece avocado
- 150 g shelled edamame
- 1 piece lime
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 1 piece cucumber
- 10 g fresh cilantro
Instructions
Step 1
Roughly mash the edamame with a fork. Cut the avocados into small dice.
Step 2
Mix the avocado and edamame with lime juice and wasabi. Season to taste.
Step 3
Cut the cucumber into fine dice. Arrange the tartare in a ring, garnish with cucumber and chopped cilantro.
