Ingredients
- 3 pieces Carrots
- 1 piece Avocados
- 2 pieces Tomatoes
- 100 g Cheddar
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 4 pieces Wheat tortillas
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Shred the carrots.

Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the shredded carrots with curry powder for 5-7 minutes until they soften slightly.

Slice the avocado, dice the tomatoes, and shred the cheddar.
Step 4
Season the carrots with salt and pepper.

Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds.
