Vegetarian Tacos with Tomatoes and Avocado
Fresh tacos filled with zesty tomato sauce, creamy avocado, and cheese. Just add store-bought tortillas.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Tortillas (wheat or corn)
- 200 ml Tomato sauce
- 1 piece Avocados
- 150 g Tomatoes
- 50 g Comté
- 50 g Red onions
- 1 piece Fresh lemon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the tomato sauce over low heat for 5 minutes with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Dice the tomatoes, mince the red onion, and mash the avocado with lemon juice.
Step 3
Heat the tortillas in a skillet for 1 minute on each side.
Step 4
Fill each tortilla with tomato sauce, avocado, tomatoes, onions, and grated Comté.
