Ingredients
- 200 g Plant-based ground meat
- 4 piece Corn tortillas
- 1 piece Avocado
- 150 g Tomatoes
- 60 g Comté cheese
- 50 g Celery
- 0.5 tsp Cumin
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0.5 lemon Lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the plant-based meat with cumin and paprika for 8 minutes, stirring regularly. Season with salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the toppings: slice the avocado thinly, dice the tomatoes, finely chop the celery, and grate the cheese.
Step 3
Warm the tortillas for 2 minutes in the skillet or microwave.
Step 4
Assemble the tacos: place the plant-based meat on each tortilla, then add avocado, tomatoes, celery, and cheese. Drizzle with a squeeze of lemon juice.
